As Broker-in-Charge of Champion Investments and a longtime real estate investor, Jeremy Champion oversees the day-to-day brokerage and property management operations of the company. He works closely with property owners, tenants, applicants, maintenance personnel, vendors, and staff to help ensure properties are managed consistently and efficiently.

His experience as both a broker and property owner provides a practical understanding of rental property operations, maintenance, leasing, property improvement, and long-term real estate investment.

Key Responsibilities:

Brokerage & Office Oversight: Oversees the firm's brokerage and property management activities, office procedures, staff, and compliance with applicable North Carolina real estate requirements.

Property Management: Provides oversight of leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, property operations, and other management responsibilities.

Owner Relations: Works directly with property owners to understand their goals, communicate property performance, and assist with decisions affecting their rental investments.

Property Evaluation & Investment: Uses firsthand experience as a real estate investor to evaluate rental properties, improvement opportunities, operating costs, and long-term property performance.

Business Development: Builds relationships with property owners and investors interested in Champion Investments' property management services.

Property & Document Oversight: Conducts property walkthroughs and evaluations and oversees management agreements, leases, inspections, and other documentation associated with the firm's property management activities.

Jeremy earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and an associate degree from Cleveland Community College.

As Broker-in-Charge, Jeremy combines hands-on property management experience with an owner's perspective to help Champion Investments provide consistent, practical management for the properties entrusted to the firm.

Elizabeth J. Champion, MHeD, PCC | Broker | Strategic Development

As Broker/Owner and a real estate investor with Champion Investments, Elizabeth Champion helps guide the company’s strategic planning, organizational development, owner and investor relations, research, communications, and community engagement.



Her background in real estate, executive leadership, higher education, research, and community development brings a broader perspective to property management and long-term investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Organizational Development: Helps guide company planning, internal systems, technology, research, communications, and initiatives designed to strengthen operations and the experience of property owners and residents.

Owner & Investor Relations: Works with current and prospective property owners to understand their goals, communicate management services, evaluate opportunities, and support informed decisions concerning their rental investments.

Housing Research & Market Insight: Studies rental demand, household income, market conditions, housing trends, and other factors affecting rental housing and long-term property performance.

Property & Portfolio Support: Participates in evaluating properties, investment portfolios, improvement opportunities, management needs, and long-term property stewardship.

Community & Business Development: Builds relationships with businesses, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, government leaders, and community partners whose work intersects with housing, workforce development, and economic vitality.

Before returning to Champion Investments full-time, Elizabeth served as President and CEO of the Cleveland County Chamber of Commerce, working with approximately 600 member organizations on economic development, workforce, technology, leadership, and community initiatives. She previously taught mathematics at Cleveland Community College and now serves on its Board of Trustees.

Elizabeth holds a master’s degree in Higher Education from Appalachian State University, a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and an associate degree from Cleveland Community College. She also completed 18 graduate credit hours in mathematics.

She is a North Carolina real estate broker and Broker-in-Charge eligible, a certified Myers-Briggs practitioner, and an internationally certified Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

Elizabeth combines research, relationships, executive leadership, and practical real estate experience to help Champion Investments strengthen its operations, support property owners, and serve the communities in which it operates.

Angelica “Jewels” Wyatt | Administrative Specialist

Administrative Specialist & Front Office Manager

As Champion Investments’ Administrative Specialist and Front Office Manager, Jewels helps keep the day-to-day office organized and provides administrative support to our property management team.

She is often one of the first people tenants, applicants, property owners, vendors, and visitors speak with when contacting our office and helps direct questions and requests.

Front Office Coordination: Handles incoming calls, visitors, general inquiries, key administration, and other daily office responsibilities.

Applicant Support: Assists applicants with administrative questions, document submission, application status information, and scheduling appointments.

Records & Documentation: Maintains organized applicant, tenant, property, payment, lease, and management records within the company's systems.

Tenant & Owner Support: Receives questions, maintenance requests, documents, and other information from tenants and property owners.

Leasing Administration: Assists licensed brokers with the administrative aspects of applications, lease documentation, appointments, and move-in preparation.

Office Administration: Assists with reports, notices, document organization, data entry, and other administrative responsibilities necessary for the daily operation of the property management office.

Jewels plays an important role in keeping our office organized, communication flowing, and our property management team supported.
